About Qissahauz
Qissahauz is a brand strategy consultancy that helps brands define the story the world believes. We work with Indian brands expanding globally and global brands entering India, across brand audits, narrative strategy, brand building and market access.
The Role
You will be the visual voice of our client brands on social media. Every creative starts from a brand strategy, and your job is to turn that strategy into visuals that stop the scroll, earn attention and build belief over time.
You will work directly with the founder and strategy team on live client accounts from week one.
What You'll Do
• Design static posts, carousels, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails and LinkedIn creatives for client brands
• Turn brand narratives and copy into clear visual stories
• Adapt each design to its platform's formats, rules and audience behaviour
• Work within each client's brand system and keep every touchpoint consistent
• Study post performance and suggest what to change, cut or double down on
• Track visual trends across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube,



and separate what works from what is noise
• Build reusable templates so client output can scale
• Take part in creative reviews and explain the reasoning behind your design choices
Qualifications
• Completed Bachelor's degree
What We're Looking For
• A portfolio of social creatives (personal, college or freelance projects all count)
• Working skill in Figma and/or Canva
• A strong eye for hierarchy, typography, colour and layout
• A clear point of view on why some posts perform and others do not
• Comfort with direct feedback and rapid turnarounds
• Curiosity about brands, culture and consumer behaviour
Good to Have
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or After Effects
• Basic motion design or short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Experience growing a page, community or creator account
