The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring social media content while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Key Responsibilities• Manage the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create and coordinate content including reels, posts, stories, carousels, and other social media formats.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, post copy, and basic scripts.
• Research current social media trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Coordinate with the Video Editing, Design, and Content teams to get content prepared and published on time.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions,



and audience interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.
• Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and trends.
• Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
• Research competitors and analyze their social media strategies.
• Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
