Role DescriptionThis is a full time, senior-level Healthcare HR & Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Bengaluru,



with responsibility for supporting Lifetime Health’s Pan-India expansion and workforce strategy.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the healthcare hiring strategy required to launch and scale operations across multiple cities. The candidate will lead high-volume recruitment of Staff Nurses, Caregivers, Physiotherapists, Nursing Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and other healthcare professionals, while simultaneously building scalable recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and hiring partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment and bulk hiring, along with the strategic ability to forecast workforce requirements, plan city-wise hiring, build recruitment channels, and create a sustainable talent acquisition engine for rapid expansion.
