Role Description The Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the individual will manage loan repayment follow-ups, contact customers through phone and in-person meetings, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
The Collection Executive will verify and update customer records, monitor payment status, and escalate cases according to company policies when required. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance and credit teams, preparing basic collection reports, and maintaining professional, compliant communication with customers. The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards while working towards collection targets and supporting overall portfolio health.
