We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who can ensure a professional front-office experience while supporting smooth day-to-day administrative and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, visitor entries, and meeting room arrangements.
• Handle back-office documentation, data entry, filing, records, and administrative activities.
• Manage stationery, courier, pantry supplies, and other routine office requirements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor office maintenance and facility-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized,



and professional reception and office environment.
• Support employees with day-to-day administrative and facility-related requirements.
• Maintain records of office supplies, couriers, visitors, and other administrative activities.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors for office-related services and requirements.
• Assist the HR/Admin team in routine administrative activities as required.
• Ensure smooth and organized day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills
