As an Accounts Payable Manager you will lead financial operations work that supports invoice processing, vendor account management, payment activity, and process improvements within our finance consulting and financial operations work within our managed services practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, coach others through complex work, and use independent judgment to manage priorities, quality, timelines, and client needs. In this role at PwC, you will oversee workstreams, review deliverables, identify process gaps,



and help streamline accounts payable activities through technology and automation while supporting more efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading accounts payable workstreams across client service engagements and coordinating delivery timelines
• Managing teams that support invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliations, and exception handling
• Reviewing financial transaction activity, account balances, and control activities to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Applying accounts payable knowledge to improve payment accuracy, reduce delays, and strengthen financial operations
• Guiding implementation of process automation, system administration, and digital tooling to streamline transactional work
• Monitoring service levels, workload distribution, and project milestones to support timely completion of deliverables
• Coaching team members on accounting practices, financia
