JOB Description
Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Department: Insurance Sales (Health Insurance)
Location: Lucknow(3rd Flr, Iridium Tower, Shalimar Corporate Park, Vijaipur Colony, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh).
Shift Timing :- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: Fresher
Education: Any Graduate
Salary: Salary will be discussed and finalized with the Hiring Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Explain policy details: coverage, benefits, premium, tenure, and claim process.
• Generate leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales by providing proper guidance and product knowledge.




• Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity metrics.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate data in CRM.

Skills & Requirements:
• Robust communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance (Health).
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs.
• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM).
• Language-Specific Outreach: Connect with potential customers in their native language (Hindi, English) to build trust and rapport.
