Position Title: Lead, Digital Analytics
Position Summary:
As a Lead, Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Commercial and Product Data Analytics:
• Strategic Analysis
• Channel Persona – Define and articulate the unique identity of each channel, guiding the business on how to position and leverage it effectively within the broader digital ecosystem




• Channel Mix Analysis - Provide insights that help the business identify opportunities to grow digital direct share
• Digital Ecosystem Analysis – Assess the incrementality of each channel and its cross-channel impact, enabling the business to understand how channels interact and contribute within Hilton’s broader ecosystem.
• Campaign & Product Analysis
• Campaign analysis – Evaluates marketing and promotion campaigns through deep-dive methods (e.g., segment analysis, funnel analysis) and provides actionable recommendations.
• Product Analysis– Tracks product performance across its lifecycle, benchmarking against goals and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Metrics & Methodology Design
• Success metrics definition – Collaborates with Commercial and Product teams to establish success metrics and analysis methodologies aligned with business objectives.
• Product impact estimation – Assesses potential product impact during planning to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
