About us
FlikSpace Innovations builds Neoflik - an all-in-one operating system that lets a small business run sales, inventory, billing, customers, support and an online store from one platform, configured by the owner without a consultant. We're taking it to the SMBs that Zoho and SAP price out.
The role
You'll own the full field sales cycle for SMB owners across wholesale, retail, coaching and insurance: prospect, run live product demos, configure the product to the customer's business on the spot, handle objections, and close. This is a target-based,



on-ground role - most of your week is in the market meeting owner-operators, not at a desk.
What you'll do
● Generate and qualify leads in your territory; build your own pipeline alongside company-provided leads.
● Deliver hands-on Neoflik demos - show how it maps to their business (their stock, their invoices, their workflow).
● Translate a business problem into the right Neoflik setup; comfortable configuring modules, not just presenting slides.
● Run the cycle end to end: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, and a smooth handover to onboarding.
● Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets; keep CRM and pipeline data clean.
● Feed real customer objections and feature gaps back to the product team.
What we're looking for
● 2 to 4 years in field or B2B sales, ideally SaaS, software, or tech products sold to SMBs.
● Semi-technical: genuinely understands apps and software solutions and can demo
