We're hiring an F&B; Steward for a 29-room boutique hotel we manage in the Himalayan foothills, right where the city gives way to the hills. Colonial charm meets contemporary design here: muted tones, mountain views, garden dining under the open sky, and a multi-cuisine restaurant and café that welcome leisure travellers, families and corporate guests alike.
Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.
What you'll do
• Set up and explicit tables and keep mise-en-place ready for service
• Support F&B; associates in serving food and beverages
• Keep the restaurant,
café and service areas clean and hygienic
• Help with banquets, events and garden dining
• Follow hygiene and safety standards in every task
Who we're looking for
• 0–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant; freshers with hotel management training are welcome
• Willing to learn, team-minded and well-groomed
• Basic English and Hindi
