Role Overview

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives aligned

with organizational goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement,

performance management, and enabling business growth through effective HR interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering
• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR
