We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands full-funnel advertising, and can manage campaigns from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, set up and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across the full funnel - awareness, consideration, traffic, leads, conversions and remarketing.
• Develop media buying strategies and plans based on campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets and KPIs.
• Execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive effective performance and meet business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, audience targeting, bidding, placements and optimisation on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion rate.
