The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for driving business growth and accelerating adoption of strategic initiatives across key accounts and customer segments. This role combines commercial ownership with transformation leadership, leveraging data, process improvement, consulting, and change management to improve customer performance and deliver revenue outcomes.
Acting as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders, the Business Transformation Manager will identify growth opportunities, lead business improvement initiatives, drive program adoption, and be accountable for achieving defined sales and business performance targets.

Business Growth & Revenue Delivery
• Own and deliver assigned sales, adoption, and growth targets across designated accounts, territories, or strategic programs.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through customer segmentation, performance analysis, and business planning.
• Drive increased utilization and adoption of strategic products and solutions.
• Develop and execute account-specific transformation plans that translate into measurable revenue growth.
• Monitor business performance and proactively implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.
Business Transformation & Consulting
• Partner with customers to assess current business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement structured transformation initiatives that enhance practice profitability, patient conversion, operational efficiency, and product adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them achieve sustainable business growth.
• Lead pilot projects and scale successful business transformation models across the organization.
Program & Project Management
• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
