Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Nellore. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination in alignment with organizational policies. The role involves supporting employee relations, handling queries, facilitating conflict resolution,



and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Executive will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and preparing HR reports and analytics. The position also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with management to meet staffing and organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle end-to-end HR functions.
