Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Phlebotomist role based in Gurugram. The Certified Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and other blood collection procedures, ensuring proper patient identification, labelling, and handling of specimens. Day-to-day tasks include preparing equipment and supplies, explaining procedures to patients, maintaining a clean and secure work area, and following infection control and safety protocols.



The role involves coordinating with laboratory staff for timely processing of samples, managing documentation and records, and supporting medical teams with basic clinical tasks as needed. The Certified Phlebotomist is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, patient comfort, and confidentiality.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated Blood Collection skills, including venipuncture and capillary sampling, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Strong Laboratory Skills in specimen handling, labelling, storage, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic Medicine relevant to diagnostic procedures and patient interactions.
• Experience in Medical Assisting, including vital signs measurement, patient preparation, and supporting clinical workflows.
• Valid certification in phlebotomy from a recognized institution and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
