Since 2018, the consultancy has facilitated over 5,000 visas and earned recognition in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for hosting the largest overseas education seminar. The team is committed to providing reliable, high-quality support to learners pursuing international education opportunities.
Role Description The Overseas Academic Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The advisor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including course and university selection, application preparation, and documentation support. Daily responsibilities include conducting student consultations, assessing academic profiles,
advising on suitable study destinations, and coordinating with international institutions and internal teams. The advisor will organize and facilitate mock interview sessions, provide pre-departure counseling, and ensure students understand visa procedures and admission requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, delivering presentations at seminars, and contributing to continuous improvement of advisory processes and student experience.
Qualifications
• Robust student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs and destinations.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, and visa procedures for countries such as the UK and Canada.
