Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Team Lead role based in Lucknow. The Sales Team Lead will oversee a sales team, set targets,



and drive business growth for industrial automation and control solutions in designated territories. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs. The role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups, and presentations, as well as monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. The Sales Team Lead will also coach and support team members, ensure high standards of customer service, and represent MICS at industry events and client interactions.
