Shreenath Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Food Technologist – QA/QC (Fresh Produce) to join our team in Pune Join our mission to deliver protected, healthy, and high-quality exotic vegetables to the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards across all operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, quality procedures, and food safety practices.
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials and finished produce.
• Monitor washing, grading, sorting, processing, and packaging activities.
• Ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and monitor shelf life.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Investigate quality complaints and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with external laboratories for product and food testing.
• Support process improvements,



new product development, and packaging updates.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and operations teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in fresh produce, food processing, FMCG, or food quality assurance.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent documentation habits, and effective communication skills.
