As XpertDox grows following its Series A, we are expanding the marketing team behind the inbound engine that has powered the company’s growth.

The Prospect
The Content Marketing Manager is a hands-on writer who owns the production engine behind XpertDox’s inbound marketing. This role writes and ships blogs, whitepapers, e-books, LinkedIn content, and community answers on Quora and Reddit, and converts every client interview, podcast,



and testimonial recorded by the US marketing team into published written assets.
This is an individual contributor role with a manager title: the person in this seat personally produces the work. Success requires writing credibly about US medical coding, denials, payors, and revenue cycle operations for an audience of practice administrators, billing leaders, and healthcare executives.
The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and works daily with the US marketing team, the design vendor, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production
Write and publish 3 to 4 website blogs per month on medical coding, revenue cycle, denials, compliance, and healthcare AI topics.
Write and schedule 8 to 12 LinkedIn posts per month, plus the ongoing Quora and Reddit answer cadence.

Long-Form Assets
Produce one long-form asset per quarter: a whitepaper or e-book, from outline through final draft.
