Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with banking partners, real estate developers, connectors,



and key customers. The role involves overseeing partner onboarding, coordinating loan fulfillment activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across the home loan journey. The Senior Relationship Manager will track performance metrics, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and collaborate with product and operations teams to refine processes and improve service delivery. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, monitoring pipelines, providing regular updates and reporting, and ensuring adherence to compliance and risk standards. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development initiatives, and representing Aurum KuberX at industry events and partner forums.
