Role Objective:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Human Resources and Administration (Plant & Corporate) to lead the overall HR and administration function of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a reputed manufacturing organization, with solid exposure to both Plant HR and Corporate HR.



The role requires a hands-on HR leader who can manage the complete employee lifecycle, lead HR teams, partner with business leadership, and drive HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall HR Leadership
• Lead and manage the overall HR function across Plant and Field locations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Management and Business Leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across functions and locations.
• Establish effective HR systems, processes, policies, and governance.

Plant HR & Employee Relations
• Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations and provide strong HR support to manufacturing operations.
• Handle employee relations, workforce engagement, discipline, grievance management, and employee communication.
