and Monrow Studio teams.

About Monrow
We create stylish, comfortable footwear designed specifically for Indian feet. As we continue
to grow, content is becoming one of the biggest engines through which we build the
Monrow brand.
We are looking for a Content Manager who can take complete ownership of this engine.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will be involved in everything from finding the idea →
planning the shoot → getting the right people → shooting → editing → publishing → analyzing
performance → improving the next piece of content.
If you enjoy creating things rather than just managing people who create them, this role is
for you.

What You Will Own:
1. Social Media - End to End
● Own Monrow's social media content calendar and execution.
● Plan, create, shoot, edit and publish content across Instagram and other relevant
platforms.




● Develop a strong mix of Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and other social-first
formats.
● Identify trends, formats, hooks, conversations and content opportunities relevant to
Monrow.
● Understand what makes content work on social media and continuously experiment
with current formats.
● Write captions, hooks, scripts and briefs wherever required.
● Monitor content performance and use data and learnings to improve future content.
● Ensure consistent quality, frequency and brand consistency across all social content.

2. Overall Brand Content
Own Monrow's broader content ecosystem beyond social media, including:
● Brand and campaign content
● SEO / GSO content
● Website content
● Influencer and creator content
● Product and launch content
● Fashion and lifestyle content
● Content for marketing campaigns and other brand initiatives
