Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads for Hearwell’s hearing care services. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and campaign data to improve results. The role also involves coordinating online marketing initiatives,



collaborating with clinic staff to highlight services and patient success stories, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific strategy.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess explicit Communication skills for crafting impactful messaging and collaborating with internal teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field are beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is an advantage.
