Who You Are

You have a worked in a learning and development environment and a leadership role for a minimum of 5 years. You have experience formulating learning and development strategy, driving change, and delivering results across cross-functional teams. You have knowledge of best practices related to adult learning, methodologies, strategies and evaluation as well as knowledge of project management, planning, process review, and evaluation methodologies. You are proficient in the use of common computer software applications (Microsoft Office), learning management systems, and capacity to develop knowledge of current learning technologies. Y
