Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, set performance targets,



and monitor achievement against business objectives. Daily responsibilities include driving sales of HDFC Life’s insurance products, managing channel relationships, conducting customer meetings, and ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, planning local sales campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching team members, organizing training sessions, and supporting their professional growth.
