The role includes managing and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day technology operations. The role includes managing Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Azure services, user access and IT support, cybersecurity practices, system troubleshooting, and IT documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining SOPs, supporting ISO 27001 compliance, coordinating internal and external IT audits, monitoring IT security and infrastructure, and ensuring smooth and secure technology operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience.
• Robust experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.




• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT security controls, and access management.
• Experience preparing and maintaining IT SOPs and documentation.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 certification and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting internal and external IT audits, including audit preparation and documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve IT issues while maintaining system security and business continuity.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
