Role Description The Business Partner role at Urban Money is a full-time, in office position based in Haora. The Business Partner will cultivate and manage relationships with clients and financial institutions, promote Urban Money’s loan advisory and mortgage solutions,



and identify new business opportunities in the local market. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their borrowing needs, explaining suitable loan products, coordinating with lending partners, and overseeing the loan application and documentation process. The role involves monitoring the progress of each case, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and delivering a high level of client service from initial inquiry through loan disbursement. The Business Partner will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records, and provide market feedback to support strategic decisions.
