Role Description

The IT Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The individual in this position will identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline for AIDC, RFID, barcode, and related IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, proposing tailored solutions,



and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role involves maintaining and growing key accounts, coordinating with technical teams for solution design and demonstrations, and tracking sales activities through CRM or similar tools. The IT Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in promotional activities, and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid IT Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience selling technology solutions or services.
• Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, customer retention, and upselling or cross-selling.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology, preferably in AIDC, RFID, barcode solutions, or software services.
