Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, build robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders,



real estate developers, and corporate clients.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
• Present the company's services and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, cons
