Who are we looking for?
The Growth Intern will work across sales and onboarding at InsightPier. This is a high-impact role focused on acquiring recent clients, driving product adoption,



operational excellence, and relationship management. You will work closely with the Growth and leadership teams to take prospects through the sales process, onboard new clients, and help them become active users of the platform.

What will you do with your skills?
• Contribute to the design and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales and client journey.
• Support the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline visibility.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process after sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition to active platform usage.
• Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions to ensure clients understand workflows.
• Ensure clients reach their first meaningful outcome on the platform, proactively identifying and removing friction points.
