About ELVN: ELVN is a premium women's activewear D2C brand scaling aggressively across social, performance marketing, and offline activations, with a hero-product strategy and a content model built around curated brand storytelling, creator collaborations, and UGC.

The Role:
We're looking for a Brand Manager to own ELVN's brand voice, campaign calendar, and cross-functional execution sitting at the intersection of social, performance, content, and offline. You'll take each campaign or launch from concept to a fully coordinated go-to-market across every channel, and make sure social, performance, and website teams are never working off different briefs.

What You'll Own
Brand & Campaign Strategy
• Own the campaign calendar across current launches, restocks, and ongoing storytelling, translated into a coherent brief for every team
• Maintain brand consistency across content, packaging, site, and offline touchpoints
• Plan the "desire + want → launch → post-launch" arc for each campaign

Cross-Functional Execution




• Brief and coordinate the social team (content calendar, shoot planning, community mandates) and the performance/influencer team (whitelisting handoff, collab cadence) so both are pulling from one campaign plan, not working in silos
• Align website/merchandising launch timing with social and performance go-live dates
• Manage shoot days end-to-end — shot list, asset batching, priority sequencing for upcoming content needs

Offline & Partnerships
• Plan and execute offline activations (studio pop-ups, brand events) in coordination with partner studios
• Support influencer and ambassador program structure (briefing, tiering, relationship management)

Data & Reporting
• Track brand-level KPIs: follower growth, campaign performance, offline activation ROI
• Report regularly on what's working across channels and adjust the playbook accordingly
