Our Team, Your Impact

The DAI Portfolio PMO Lead supports the successful execution and governance of the Data & AI Delivery portfolio across all domains. The role serves as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, delivery teams, Finance, Procurement, and strategic vendors, ensuring effective portfolio operations, financial oversight, and reporting.

The PMO Lead is responsible for managing portfolio governance processes, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts,



and vendor-related activities while maintaining visibility into portfolio performance and delivery KPIs. The role ensures that projects are executed in alignment with organizational standards, approved budgets, and governance requirements.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Financial & Procurement Management

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with procurement policies.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
• Monitor budget consumption and identify risks, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support invoice validation, PO reconciliation, and vendor payment processes.
• Maintain financial records and provide regular budget status reports.

KPI & Performance Management

• Define, maintain, and monitor portfolio KPIs.
• Analyze KPI trends and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
