• Capacity analysis of the suppliers.
• Negotiation and finalization of rates with vendors, Material Planning Study analysis for existing and current jobs for value Engineering.

• Successfully develop all major suppliers locally in and around NCR, when Carrier plant sifted from Manesar to Gujarat.
