Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment and documentation closure.
• Coordinate with international customers on orders, documentation, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify commercial invoices,



packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs agents, and logistics partners.
• Manage cargo booking, pickup, customs coordination, shipment tracking, and ETD/ETA.
• Ensure compliance with customs, legal, regulatory, and export documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, production, accounts, warehouse, and other internal teams for timely execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, export MIS, and documentation.
• Coordinate export payments, invoices, freight costs, and related financial documentation.
• Handle shipment issues and ensure timely resolution with customers and logistics partners.
• Support export quotations and commercial documentation.
• Maintain working knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, cargo handling, and international shipping.
