Role & Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, functionality,



and compliance with applicable building regulations.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination.
• Guide junior architects and interns.

Qualifications & Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Robust understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
