Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role involves managing campus and off-campus placement activities, coordinating with employers, and building strong relationships with hiring partners. The Placement Officer will guide learners on career paths, conduct mock interviews, and organize resume-building and job-readiness workshops.
Daily tasks include tracking placement progress, maintaining candidate databases, and sharing regular updates and reports with internal stakeholders. The role also requires close coordination with training and education teams to align curriculum with market needs and improve employment outcomes.
