About Rotoris
Rotoris is a contemporary luxury watch brand focused on distinctive design, craftsmanship, and a solid customer experience. We are looking for a CRM & Growth Manager who can build and scale our customer lifecycle, retention, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Lifecycle
• Own Rotoris’ CRM strategy across the complete customer journey — from acquisition to repeat purchase.
• Build customer segments based on purchase behaviour, preferences, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and other CRM campaigns.
• Develop automated customer journeys for welcome, first purchase, post-purchase, repeat purchase, win-back, abandoned cart, etc.
• Drive repeat purchases, customer retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Maintain and improve customer databases and CRM processes.
• Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

Growth




• Develop and execute initiatives to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, repeat rate, conversion rate, retention, revenue per customer, and campaign ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities across digital channels, partnerships, referrals, communities, and customer-led initiatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to improve customer journeys and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to continuously improve results.
• Support new product launches and campaigns from a CRM and retention perspective.

Customer Experience
• Understand customer feedback, behaviour, and pain points and convert these insights into growth opportunities.
• Work with the customer support team to identify recurring issues and improve the overall customer journey.
