Role Description The Account Executive at I HR BUDDY is a full time, on-site position based in Daskroi. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their HR requirements, and recommending suitable service solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Account Executive will monitor contract performance, identify opportunities to expand services,



and support issue resolution to ensure high client satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting, market insight gathering, and contributing to business development activities.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into service offerings.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably within HR services, consulting, or professional services.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
