Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Systems Administrator to join our global IT team. This role will be responsible for supporting and evolving a modern hybrid infrastructure that spans on-premises data centers, cloud platforms, and globally distributed networks. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in next-generation network technologies, security best practices, system migrations, and multi-region infrastructure support. A strong drive to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively is essential.

Infrastructure & Systems Operations

• Job involves maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of an organization's computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure, including user support, security, backups, performance monitoring, and hardware/software management to minimize disruptions and meet business needs. Key tasks include managing user accounts, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security measures (firewalls, updates), performing backups, optimizing system performance, and providing help desk support.




• Infrastructure Management: Setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux), networks, and cloud environments.
• User & Account Management: Onboarding/offboarding users, managing permissions, and access controls (like SSO)
• Security & Compliance: Implementing security policies, monitoring threats, managing firewalls, and ensuring data protection.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Performing regular data backups and planning for business continuity.
• Performance Monitoring: Optimizing system performance and reducing downtime.
• Technical Support: Acting as a help desk for internal users, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
• Software & Hardware: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining applications and computer hardware.
• Asset Management: Keeping IT asset inventory up-to-date.
