Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadar, responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Evaville Interior. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, presenting design and service offerings, preparing and following up on proposals, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to project confirmation. The role involves coordinating with the design and project teams to understand offerings, timelines, and pricing,



and communicating these clearly to clients. The Sales Executive will also conduct market outreach, maintain a sales pipeline, achieve assigned targets, and provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications
• Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, needs assessment, and consultative selling.
• Ability to present design concepts and service packages clearly and confidently to diverse clients.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail in proposals and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of interior design services, materials, and project workflows (experience in interiors, real estate, or related fields is a plus).
• Comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Proactive approach to prospecting, networking, and local market outreach in and around Sadar.
• Ability to work in office
