Role Description The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ambala.



This role involves counseling prospective students and families on study abroad options, including destinations, courses, and institutions, and guiding them through the entire visa application process. The Visa Counselor will review documentation, prepare and submit visa files, track application status, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records, following up with clients, and ensuring compliance with the latest immigration and visa regulations for multiple countries. The role also includes participating in seminars or information sessions, supporting refusal case re-application strategies, and contributing to a client-centric, ethical advisory environment.
