Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Engagement Executive role based in Aluva. The Customer Engagement Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with existing and potential customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and proactive follow-up on ongoing opportunities. Customer Engagement Executive is responsible for generating revenue through effective customer engagement, product promotion, sales conversion, and relationship management. The role involves handling customer inquiries, presenting and pitching company products and services, conducting follow-ups, conducting site visits when required, and ensuring successful closure of sales and billing processes.

Qualifications
• Strong Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction skills,



with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in Account Management and Sales, including managing pipelines, renewals, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Consulting-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding or interest in renewable energy, energy storage devices, or technology-driven solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Aluva, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field preferred, or equivalent sales and business development experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data tracking or reporting is beneficial.
