Role Description The Sr. Manager – Compliance & Finance is a full-time,



in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to regulatory, tax, and corporate compliance requirements. The role includes developing and implementing internal controls, monitoring audit processes, and maintaining accurate financial records aligned with company policies and statutory guidelines. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and mitigate compliance risks. Daily activities involve supervising finance operations, reviewing contracts and agreements for compliance, coordinating with external auditors and advisors, and preparing timely management reports and dashboards.
