Role Description The Mortgage Trainer, Title Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will design, deliver, and update training programs focused on US mortgage processes, title operations, and post-closing workflows,



ensuring teams are aligned with current industry standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and floor training, creating training materials and documentation, assessing learner performance, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. The role also involves collaborating with operations leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, refine training content, and support process improvements. The trainer will maintain detailed training records, track outcomes, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and compliance within the mortgage and title services teams.
