About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – Sales to establish, develop,
and expand our rooftop solar business in Hyderabad and the Telangana market. The role requires a strong
understanding of the rooftop solar industry, excellent business development capabilities, and the ability to
independently develop a new market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for Hyderabad
and surrounding markets.
• Establish and expand the company's presence in the Hyderabad/Telangana rooftop solar market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, institutional, and
other rooftop solar segments.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, EPC networks, consultants,
and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,



business stakeholders, channel
partners, and industry networks.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, site surveys,
proposal preparation, negotiations, and order closure.
• Identify suitable channel partners and develop a productive regional partner network.
• Conduct regular market mapping and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
• Gradually build, lead, and manage the regional sales team based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure
smooth project execution and customer handover.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and regular business updates for
management.
