About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our cable access engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with our US-based systems architects, software developers, and hardware engineers to develop and maintain firmware for next-generation Full Duplex (FDX)
Cable Amplifiers and smart RF nodes. Your primary focus will be on designing firmware at the intersection of embedded Linux, Broadcom broadband SoC platforms, and dynamic RF control loops. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cable plant telemetry systems, leveraging modern protocols such as gNMI, Protobuf, and MQTT. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that enhance connectivity worldwide, working in a team-oriented setting that emphasizes technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software or firmware development using modern C and C++.
