Detailed Job Description• Must have 10 years of IT experience and out of which 8 years in business analysis experience with at least 8 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM required, exposure to SPM WSD a plus and experience in Now Assist implementation.
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, data model and platform constraints.




• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and training materials.
• Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation and solution design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision making.
• Support testing activities. Help create test cases, coordinate UAT, capture defects and validate fixes.
• Prepare implementation documentation, release notes and end-user guides.
• Ability to map business processes and recommend process optimizations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Protected Agile framework and ServiceNow Agile board.
• Familiarity with integrations.
