SOVO is building a different kind of school and we want to take that experience beyond the school campus. We are looking for an Experiential Events & Partnerships Lead who can conceptualise, execute, and grow a series of high-quality experiences for children and families across different locations.

This is a highly hands-on, all-rounder role. You will be responsible for taking an idea from concept → budget → execution → parent interaction → outcomes.

What you’ll do• Curate and execute experiential events and activations for children and families.
• Develop event concepts that are engaging, well-designed, and aligned with SOVO's approach to learning.
• Own event budgets, vendor coordination, procurement, logistics, timelines, and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, venues, and facilitators.
• Identify and build partnerships with relevant brands, communities, societies, and organisations.
• Be present at events and take ownership of the entire on-ground experience.
• Speak with parents and families, understand their needs,



and communicate the SOVO proposition clearly.
• Convert genuine interest into admissions enquiries and prospective families.
• Track event performance, leads, conversions, costs, and learnings to continuously improve future events.
• Help build repeatable systems so successful experiences can be taken to multiple locations.
