The role
We're hiring a senior Sales Manager to own new business for Bright Owl in the US agency market. You'll carry the number, build the sales engine, and lead the sellers who join you. You'll start with a small team and grow it.

This is a player-coach role. You'll close the bigger and harder deals yourself, coach the team on theirs, and build the outbound system,



playbook and forecasting that make results repeatable. Once an agency signs, our US account management and project team runs delivery, so your focus stays on winning and growing accounts.

The sale usually starts with a 30-day pilot on one specialist and grows into a dedicated pod. Engagements are monthly and cycles are short, so this rewards people who like volume, speed and expansion more than long enterprise campaigns.

You'll report to the CEO. The role works US hours: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

What you'll own
• The recent-business number for US agencies, first your own and then the team's
• The outbound engine: target segments, lists, sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone, and the activity and conversion numbers behind them
• Closing larger and multi-specialist deals personally, and stepping into the team's deals when they need it
