Role Description The Mechanical BIM Modeler is a full-time on-site role based in Noida.



This role involves developing and updating mechanical BIM models for building services, including HVAC, piping, and related systems, in coordination with the wider MEP and architectural teams. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will interpret design drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs to create accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, resolving model clashes, maintaining model standards and templates, and preparing shop drawings and schedules for project delivery. The role also includes supporting design reviews, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in mechanical BIM modeling tools and platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software).
